DNS Configuration - for administrators

When Permido sends an encrypted mail to a recipient using an email address with an attached public certificate, the email will be send on behalf of the customer from Permido, using the senders email address. Permidos mail servers must be allowed to do so, using an SPF Record, or else the mail will be rejected at the recipents mail server and never reach the recipent.

If the customer has an exsisting SPF Record on their dns server the dns administrator need to include Permidos mail servers

in the existing SPF record, so that the Permido mails will not be marked as spam / email fraud.

Please do not create a new / update an exsting SPD record unless you know what you are doing, as you can get problems with mails not being delivered to the recepient.
