Guide to Permido Web Portal - Admins

Permido users with an administrator role is allowed to:

  1. Create and delete users
  2. Customize notification emails
  3. Add/delete images to/from the Image Library
  4. See comsumption overview
  5. Create and delete new customers and departments within the organisation
  6. See Audit log

To create a new user in your organisation choose in the left menu, then press , enter the users details and press .

  • The chosen language indicates in which language the user will receive a welcome email.
  • The following role types are available: User, Admin and read-only Admin.
    • User: are able to send emails, revoke e-mails and change name and mobile number.
    • Admin - read only: same as an ordinary user, but have in addition access to see the same as an Admin.
    • Admin: can amend, add and delete everything within the organisation.

Administrators can customize the notification email sent to recipients of the encrypted email. Each organisation can only have one notification email, but you can create subsidiaries/departments within the organisation and create users within that subsidiary/department, and then you can create subsidiary/department specific notification e-mails.

Administrators can add and delete images to be used in the notification mail. The maximum size of an image is 500 KB, but it is recommended to keep the image as small as possible, for the recipient's sake.

Administrators can see the following statictics:

  • Emails: total number of encrypted emails sent.
  • Recipients: number of recipients on the sent emails.
  • Replies: number of replies to the sent emails
  • Text: the total number of mobile text messages sent for 2 factor validation. This number covers both users and recipients in Outlook Addin, Permido Web Portal and in the recipients browser.

The picture can be exported using the button.

Administrators can create customers / sub companies / departments within the organisation. New customers is related to the current customer . You can have serval levels of customers within the organisation.

First choose the customer and then press to create a subsidiary or a department under the choosen company.

The audit log is for large organisations with serval administrators. The audit log tracks which administrator did what.
